Academic Advising
The Student Services Office offers centralized academic advising throughout the academic year. Appointments are encouraged especially during the early registration periods. Advisers provide academic advising services to all students and prospective students for programs offered at NMSU Grants Campus, as well as advising information for students transferring to NMSU at Las Cruces or any other college or university in the state of New Mexico. Advisers provide pre-enrollment information, assistance in selecting courses, degree plan requirements, financial aid opportunities and college transfer information. Advisers also provide course approval verification to students whose financial aid program(s) may require it.
